# What we’re looking for
Leader and responsible for all compliance matters, in charge of compliance checks such as KYC, KYT and user risk qualification. The head of compliance will be responsible for the definition and implementation of Kamea’s in house compliance framework, with the definition of compliance criteria. The head of compliance will be in charge of talking with regulators, in particular the French regulator (AMF) and other regulators in the EU, and will open new jurisdictions by analysing offshore regulation frameworks.
